Sentaurus G2012. "segmentation violation"

# sde -e -l *****.cmd
Error format: segmentation violation.
what's wrong? I'm sure that it worked well in D2010 version. Syntax difference?

Sorry... I was wrong. It's not caused by the Sentaurus version, but the operating system. It works well on Redhat.
but why there's error on Ubuntu?
