Because Vmipi is always ON in MT6177m/MT6177 Platform.We do not need ON/OFF MIPI component. So ON/OFF MIPI component registers do not need to wirte in 2G/3G/4G/C2K RAT.
[SOLUTION]
MT6177m/MT6177 does not need to configue 0x1C 0X38 in TX/RX ON and 0X1C 0XB8 in TX/RX Off in 2G/3G/4G/C2K RAT.
