[DESCRIPTION]
android L版本CTS要求有较多变化，其中如下两种case会造成此项fail:
Case 1: 最大picture size 小于 最大preview size
Log：
19:23:46.789 13805 13922 E AndroidRuntime: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
previewSize must not be wider than activeArray
Case 2： 配置的preview size的宽高不满足2的整数倍(平台要求要设置为16整数倍)

not divisible by 2.
Case 3: 最大preview size和picture size比例要一致
