mt2523 How to configure MT2523 HDK battery capacity

The HDK default use the 500mAh Battery anddefault charging current is 300mAh.
The battercapacityis define in project folder /inc/cust_battery_meter.h

Note: The discharging current depend on battery capacity and loading.
For more charging efficiency and precise fuel gauge calculation, user need to manually
customize the cust_battery_meter_table.haccording to specific battery parameters.
For quick start, user could estimate the battery capacity based on different
temperature and loading.
If change the batterycapacity,also need to modify charging current.
