ax88772c以太网驱动问题

最近在调试以太网卡，框架层的东西已经弄好了，能DHCP和静态分配IP，可以浏览网页，但是会报一个错误（ rx throttle -71），有概率性导致系统重启，驱动大牛们过来看看。

更换了最新的驱动  打开头文件的宏就OK了

需要，5.1框架里有一部分的，settings没，要自己加。
