[SOLUTION]
前提，PC上均有正确安装上RNDIS的驱动，在设备管理器中看RNDIS设备无黄色提示符等异常情况.
Precondition: please make sure RNDIS driver is installed, and the RNDIS device seEMS OK fROM "Device
Manager".
win xp
1、在手机端点击”USB互联网“之后，在”网络连接“中对您要所共享的网卡右键 --> 属性 --> 高级 --> 在
”Internet连接共享“中点击”允许。“并选择手机出来的连接。手机的连接显示”已连接上“后，就可以正常上
网了。
1. Connect phone to PC via usb cable, CLIck "USB internet"; Right click the network device -->
Properties --> advance --> chose "Allow to ..." and chose the phone network connection. When the phone
show "Connected", the network is OK.
2、win xp系统建议打上WindowsXP-KB959765-x86这个微软补丁。

win 7
1、在windows的”服务“中将Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)的”启动类型“设为”自动“；
1. Set the "Startup Type" of "Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)" to "Automatic" in windows "Services";
2、确保Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)的依存关系中的几个服务都有打开，并开启windows firewell服务；
2. Make sure the dependencies services are opened, and windows firewell is open;
3、在手机端点击”USB互联网“之后，在”Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing
Center“中，对您要所共享的网卡：属性 --> 共享 --> 在”Internet连接共享中“点击”允许。“并选择手机出
来的网络连接。手机的连接显示”已连接上“后，就可以正常上网了。
3. After "USB internet" is choose at phone, go to "Control Panel\All Control Panel
Items\Network and Sharing Center", choose the Network Connection to be shared:
Properties --> Sharing --> chose "Allow other ..." and chose the phone network connection. When the
phone show "Connected", the network is OK.
