Customization for MCINS Pin(热插拔硬件检测管脚配置)

MCINS pin is used for card detection
[Customization path]
alps/mediatek/custom/<project>/kernel/core/src/board.c
[Customization reason]
When MCINS pin is HW connected:
Can improve the system resume performance by 200ms, when external SD
card is not present.
Can immediately process the hot plug event, and notify mount service
to remove the UI display of external SD card
When MCINS pin is not connected:
Make sure that the external SD card can be recognized
[Customization rules]
If MCINS pin for host0(host1 for emmc project) is HW connected
orhost0’s(host1 for emmc project) card detection IRQ can be triggered
by other EINT pin
Add MSDC_CD_PIN_EN and MSDC_REMOVABLE flags to
msdc0_hw.flags(msdc1_hw.flags for emmc project)
If MCINS pin for host1 is not connected and there’s no other EINT pin
for host0’s (host1 for emmc project)card detection
Remove MSDC_CD_PIN_EN and MSDC_REMOVABLE flags fROM
msdc0_hw.flags(msdc1_hw.flags for emmc project)
