The "brom_lite" is not found in the SD card upgrade package for JB9

Error message below：
For bROM_lite which is needed by other external 3G Modem ,and the external 3G modem want to conduct modem software upgrade when OTA in process，If there is no "brom_lite"; Means that there is no way to do firmware upgrade by an external 3G modem.
This fiel does not already exist on platform ofMT6592. In short, There isno side effect on OTA upgrade.
