[SOLUTION]
1. 定义
gps主要依靠 Time ,Location以及Ephemeris来定位, 因此，我司的Cold start,
Warm start, Hot start and Full cold start定义如下：
Note: Y表示有相关信息，N表示没有相关信息。
2. 四种方式定位时间
以open sky的环境为例：搜到的卫星中，至少有四颗卫星的信号强度要大于40dB.
Hot start: < 5s
Warm start: < 35s
Cold start: < 40s
Full cold start: > 40s
