手机硬件配置RAM比较小时，手机预置了GMS也不会有离线语音识别选项
[SOLUTION]
在MT6577,MT6572等预置了GMS的手机上，可能会发现在settings->language & inpu ->Google voice typing setting
里没有离线语音识别项
请检查手机RAM的大小，如果RAM是512M或更小，则没有此选项是正常的
出不出现此选项是Google根据手机的硬件配置(RAM)来决定的

"I check with our engineering team and we have decided to take out such feature if system partition is
too small. You can try with different device with bigger RAM size; like 1G byte. Thanks,"
