SIM hot swap EINT module configuration for MT6575/MT6577/MT6515/MT6517 platforms.

- MT6515/MT6575
- MT6517/MT6577
AP & Modem share "one" EINT module.
Configure according to your schematic design.
Example:
GPIO69 -> EINT3 mode
GPIO72 -> EINT4 mode
SIM1hot swap detect pin usesEINT No.3.
SIM2 hot swap detect pin uses EINT No.4.
High level -> Insert SIM card(card)
Low level -> Remove SIM card(no card)

Note:
dct tool path:
\alps\mediatek\dct\DrvGen.exe
codegen.dws path:
\alps\mediatek\custom\${custom project}\kernel\dct\dct\codegen.dws
Double CLIck on “DrvGen.exe” in Windows; open “codegens.dws” to edit it.
Once the editing is done, click on Ok –> Gen Code -> Save.
Build command:
./makemtk n lk k
./makeMtk bootimage
