Value of protocol version when running SUPL-1.0-con-001 case

Running the case SUPL-1.0-con-001 in lab failed if I set theprotocol
version to2.0in the conformance test tool.

[SOLUTION]

Our device supports both SUPL 1.0 and 2.0 in KK1 version, sothe minimum
higher major number should be 3.0.
Please set Protocol Version = 3.0.0in the conformance test tool when
running the SUPL-1.0-con-001 case.
