CST MWS材質料庫中的COPPER電導率
我軟體中的COPPER(annealed) & COPPER(hard-down)
El.cond都是5.96e+007[S/m]
照道理數值應該會不一樣吧?

1. 退火铜COPPER(annealed): Annealing, in metallurgy and materials science, is a heat treatment wherein a material is altered, causing changes in its properties such as strength and hardness. It is a process that produces conditions by heating to above the recrystallization temperature, maintaining a suitable temperature, and then cooling. Annealing is used to induce ductility, soften material, relieve internal stresses, refine the structure by making it homogeneous, and improve cold working properties.
In the cases of copper, steel, silver, and brass, this process is performed by substantially heating the material (generally until glowing) for a while and allowing it to cool. Unlike ferrous metals—which must be cooled slowly to anneal—copper, silver and brass can be cooled slowly in air or quickly by quenching in water. In this fashion the metal is softened and prepared for further work such as shaping, stamping, or forming.
2. 退火铜是有自然冷却(heating the material (generally until glowing) for a while and allowing it to cool.)。印象里hard-down铜是硬拉制铜,未经退火,这两种铜只是加工工艺的区别,具体到MW仿真时电参数应该一样,仿真结果应该也相同,这点不太确定,等熟悉者进一步解答。
請問我看銅料中的導電百分比(IACS)為27
改如何輸入到軟體中? 不知如何換算5.96e+007[S/m] ?
1. IACS (international annealing copper standard)国际退火铜标准,
2. %IACS 是导电 率 conductivity .
3. 试 样 电 导率与某一标准值的比值的百分数称为该试样的导电率。(注意电导率和导电率不同)
4. 导 电率 ( %IACS)=0.017241/ ρ*100%(国际退火铜标准),ρ是材料的电阻率。
5. 电导率γ=1/ρ,其单位为 S/m.
因此可以得出 %IACS=27% 电导率γ=1/ρ=0.27/0.017241=15.6603445 S/m (
与e+7差的有点大,等待牛人纠错)
所以我要在El.cond裡面輸入15.6603445 S/m 是嗎?
不清楚小编使用的是什么版本,我所见过的CST版本退火铜是5.8,冷拉铜是5.96。
