新人求助，PCB打开出现故障！

新人求助，PCB在打开的时候出现了以下的图片显示。打开PCBlogfile之后里面显示The following component "Constraint Definitions Loader" cannot be loaded and the server cannot be started, the project will not be opened.请问这种问题该如何解决?谢谢大侠！
