Open RE design in Expedition

大家好：
   如题，注意这里的Expedition指的是Expedition 2005, Expedition 2007好像不能打开RE design。
   1. Define the variable MGC_ALLOW_EXPPCB_ON_RE_DB with a value of 1.
   2. Restart your system, OK！

   如果依照上面的方法用Expedition 2007打开RE design, 会出现下面的Warning:
   Warning: The desing cannot be opened because it utilizes a unsupported flow, For more details on unsupported flows and possible workarounds,
   Please refer to the supported flows document available with this release.
   请前辈们解释一下为什么会出现上面的Warning, 谢谢！
