mounting hole怎么做？

急，由于本人刚接触mentor不久，而导师让我修改一块板子，但是遇到一些困难：
本人要在一块板子上挖一个14mm的洞，是要上下都通的，是不是应该装mounting hole?但是我不知道mounting hole怎么做，我用得mentor wg，请赐教！

我主要是不知道在做padstack时，mount side，internal，opposite side，plane clearance，plane themal，mount side soldermask，opposite side soldermask，mount side solderpaste，opposite side solderpaste中哪些应该添加，应该添加比14mm大一点的还是小一点的。
请大侠不吝赐教！
