DX forward annotation时报错，请大虾帮忙

选择default时没有问题，但是使用local to design是在expedition中forward annotation就会报错，其错误为：
ERROR: No cell library search paths found from D:\WORKSPACE\PADS-DX\test-exp\test-exp.prj
     ERROR:  Unable to initialize CellDBUpdate.
      Do you have the correct path to the Central Library?
      Did you forget to set the search path for cells?
但是在中心库中我已经设置了cell的搜索路径的，不解，请大虾帮助~~多谢

我都是使用default没有使用过local to design 2zhe有什么区别呢?

我也不知道有什么区别 只是看到有这个选项 所以就尝试了~~
