求教mnetor expedition PCB打开错误

打开PCB错误：
Error: Back annotation has been disabled. Cannot run Back Annotation. The logic database does not exist. Run Forward Annotation to create the logic database.
Error: Problem encountered while opening one of the database files. See PCBLogFile.txt for details. Loading of the job has failed) H  u, X1 _8 h0 k1 m

应该是PCB文件坏掉了，原理图和PCB不能都改动的，更改原理图时要及时forward。新建一个project用旧的sbk文件替换试下

还有这个问题。提示LICENSE有问题。
