I can't open my PCB file

hi:

I have drew a PCB under Expedition PCB 2005,but I can't open it now.when I open the file,it notes that "Unable to load design.The layout file is missing-it has the '.lyt' extension".
But I find the file "LayoutDB.lyt" is still there.Please help me,
