CCS5.5完全卸载之后重装还是报错

我把CCS5.5卸载，但重装时发现报错，An internal error occurred during: "CrashTrackerJob".
D:\ti\ccsv5\ccs_base\common\bin\fsutiljni.dll: Can't find dependent libraries
An internal error occurred during: "License Acquisition".
D:\ti\ccsv5\ccs_base\DebugServer\bin\ti_xpcom.dll: Can't find dependent libraries
报这两个错，求大神指点该怎么办。

报这两个错，求大神指点该怎么办。
没有删除干净。把安装的文件夹也删除了
换个其他路径安装
检查一下注册表，卸载的时候不要连仿真器
