- Good understanding and solid experience on Engineering processes, project processes are required.
- Good understanding and experience on CMMI would be a plus.
- Engineering background would be strongly preferred. Hands-On design or development experience for electrical products as design engineer would be a significant plus.
- Good understanding and knowledge-base of telephony system would be a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills. Must be able to drive and coordinate issues across different function disciplines and different sites with timely manner.

1. Digital electronics design
- Design and development of schematics for electronic assemblies.
- Perform cost, performance, and energy efficiency analysis mobile computer systems.
- Ensures design compliance with global HSM architecture plan.
2. Design validation and testing
- Perform design validation for internal and ODM designs.
- Develops, executes, and documents DVT (Design Validation Testing) test plans.
