求助FLASHTOOL烧录MT2503D问题！

最近做MT2503的项目 用flashtool download软件进红色进度条到100%该走下一步的时候报错,错误如下:
FLASHTool ERROR: S_DA_NOR_BLOCK_DATA_UNSTABLE(3033)
[H/W] Data of the block is unstable after erasing NoR Flash！
Possible reasons:
1.It maybe a SMT issue
