职位描述：

Responsibilities:

Work independently tomaintain E-HR system including staffing management, vacation management,payroll management areas and other support documents;

Provide support toE-HR system data issues or reported bugs with vendors and IT to fix problemsthoroughly;

Consider the necessaryto improve the system’s utilization and value, including standardizing the varianceof report demand, upgrading reporting based on changed demand or new moduleimplementation;

Responsible for setup, maintain and update the personnel files to database.

Other projectsassigned.

Requirements:

Experienced with HRbusiness system implementation and maintenance;

Experienced asinternal HR to be familiarized with HR processes, HR report’s generation, datastandardization and cleanup;

Familiar with SAPsystem is preferred;

Advanced analyticaland problem-solving skills;

Good business awarenessand communication skill, open minded;

Service-oriented, teamplayer, attention to details.
