PCB制作工艺中，铜箔线宽的最小公差可以做到多少呢，还有铜箔厚度一般是多少30-50um工艺可以做出来吧
It is a good question, most of the time, you want the trace be wider than 7 mil.
通常是20% 阻抗线+/-10% 铜厚通常内层是1oz 外层要稍微多点
可以查IPC标准。
3MIL的公差是+/-0.7MIL，4MIL按+/-5MIL,其它的按+/-10%，15-20MIL按+/-6-8%控制。
