Description:
In some cases, the 24 MHz oscillator start-up is slow or may fail to start.
Projected Impact:
A slow start-up will add 1.5 ms to the startup sequence. In some cases, the oscillator may not start at all.

Workarounds:
The addition of a 2.2 M-ohm external resistor from the XTALI pin to ground is required for all designs.

好像也没说加了这个电阻会怎样影响起震慢或者不起震的问题啊，难道这个电阻会对反向放大器gain或者直流工作点有影响?大神可否明示?
