hehe,不去copy&paste规范了，简单说：
EMM-Registered，attach后不管bearer是不是active的都是这个状态
ECMConnected.，attach偶bearer是active的就是这儿状态
ECM-IDLE.attach后bearer不是active的
EMM-Deregisted ，处于detach状态

可以望文生义嘛，EMM-Xxx是emm的状态，ECM-xxx是ECM的状态

EMM-Registered：是指终端已ATTACH上，且已存在默认承载
EMM-Deregisted:是制终端DETACH，或者TAU过程被拒绝后的状态
EMM状态可以理解为UE与MME之间的状态关系




ECM-IDLE:A UE is in ECM-IDLE state when no NAS signalling connection between UE and network exists
ECM-CONNECTED:The UE location is known in the MME with an accuracy of a serving eNodeB ID.


某些地方ECM-IDLE和ECM-CONNECT也经常被写为EMM-IDLE和EMM-CONNECT，其含义一样
