25.133中说：The UE shall measure CPICH Ec/Io and CPICH RSCP at least every TmeasureFDD ，终端测量这两个值是周期的，
但在25.304说：
If Sx > Sintrasearch, UE need not perform intra-frequency measurements.
If Sx <= Sintrasearch, perform intra-frequency measurements.
当满足条件才测量同频邻区，是不是矛盾了？
还有帮忙看下这句话怎么理解，嘿嘿：The UE shall filter the CPICH Ec/Io and CPICH RSCP measurements of the serving cell using at least 2 measurements, which are taken so that the time difference between the measurements is at least TmeasureFDD/2

说的不一样吧，一个是周期上报的，一个是事件上报的。
