中兴WCDMA 关联日志 终端能力级求解~！

在关联日志中查找终端能力级，为rrcConnectionRequest_v4b0ext.accessStratumReleaseIndicator = rel_6
或者rel_5
这代表什么！终端能力级 各个分级都是什么，有什么功能
