诺西MCPA小区合并故障

近期有一个一拖三小区合并，前两个远端级联，第二个直连，站开启后出现7602告警，告警内容如下，请各位分析一下。* ALARM (24366) 7602 BCF NOTIFICATION
Mismatch between commissioned and configured state for
composite cell

哪里的MCPA，级联功能可以用了吗？是级联的原因吧，第二个RRU直接接到ESMA试下排除。

把站全部锁掉，跑入下面两句即可。

平顶山的，级联一直可以用

意思配置状态和实际启用的状态不匹配
1. If Composite cell is configured at BSC and not commissioned
at the BTS, recommission the BTS with composite
cell feature state as commissioned.
2. If Composite cell feature is commissioned but not configured
on BSC then lock the corresponding BCF and enable
the Composite cell feature at BSC. Unlock the BCF.

把站全部锁掉，跑入下面两句即可。
