LTE中基站侧的AGC原理

请大侠指导下LTE中基站侧AGC的大体流程，主要都和哪些参数有关系啊，还请高人指点。

下面几个参数不知道什么意思，
target channel，
WindowMin
WindowMax
SbuframesOutBeforeSwitch
EIPmax
EIPmin

补充一下这几个参数的说明
AGC configuration algorithm among track and predict and its configuration parameters
[b]targetChannel[/b]: Target channel among pRACH, pUSCH, pUCCH or any windowMax Upper limit of the window in range [0..60] (dB)
[b]windowMin[/b]: Lower limit of the window in range [0..60] (dB)
[b]subframesOutBeforeSwictch[/b]: Number of PUCCH/PUSCH sub-frames out of the window before triggering a change in EIP
[b]centiFilterCoefficient[/b]: Optional parameter indicating if the tracked magnitude will be filtered
as per:
F(n) = (alpha/100)*X[n] + (1-(alpha/100))*X[n-1]
