E_B – PDSCH EPRE when RS is present within the OFDM symbol (symbol B)
E_RS – RS EPRE (Reference Signal)
E_A / E_RS = ρA -UE-specific (=PA)
E_B / E_RS = ρB -UE-specific
PB = ρB / ρA -cell-specific (signaled to UE)
PA = (-dlRsBoost) - UE-specific (signaled to UE; dlRsBoost from O&M)
Example with the cell-specific RS for 1 TX antenna (no boosting)

Symbol A - 12 x E_A = 12 x PSD_0
Symbol B -10 x E_B + 2 x E_RS (…= Symbol A)
