关于群发短信

现在有个疑惑: 如果手机群发短信, 是每条短信单独发RRC conn req, 然后发出短信,释放RRC链接, 还是RRC链接建立起来后, 通过多个DT来把多个短信发出去?

查了查协议，摘录了几段如下。注意我标注的红色字体，应该是取决于UE的实现，两种方法都可以，显然通过同一条RRC连接发送的效率更高，但UE必须遵守协议制定的规则。

If an entity has morethan one short message or notification to send, then it is useful to maintainthe Radio Resource (RR) connection (in A/Gb mode) or the signalling connection(in Iu mode) in between transfers. ......

If another short message or a memoryavailable notification is to be sent, an originating SMR entity in the MS may choose to continue to use the same RR connection (in A/Gb mode) or the signallingconnection (in Iu mode).

感觉从节省无线资源角度， UE应该保持同一个RRC连接去发送多个短信。
