LZ是想导基站信息到GOOGLE EARTH吧，这个不需要插件，直接导就可以
可以将excel中的数据转化成Mapinfo图层信息（DAT格式），再通过Mapinfo2Google.MBX插件将DAT格式的数据转化为kml格式文件，这样用GOOGLE EARTH软件直接打开就可以了。
有一个MakeKml的一个软件 进去按照步骤一步一步做就行了
很多制作mapinfor基站涂层的插件都有这个功能，楼主可以在论坛中找下

Generator一款转换地球经纬度为GOOGLE EARTH的KML格式的免费软件。该软件具有以下特点：
1.可以选择经纬度的表示方法，这大大方便了地标的管理工作，因为GOOGLE EARTH浏览时显示的度/分/秒，而KML文件却是通过小数点的方法来定位的，因此，同时要求两者的转换就显得非常必要了。
2.直接对目标地标进行编辑，并可以一次形成。这大大加强了地标的信息交流。
3.同时针对三种方式的KML制作：单点、EXCEL文件和文本文件。
下面是具体的操作过程，以制作中国地质大学（北京）的运动场KML文件为例。
