TEMS8.0.4 map中无法显示小区图层？

如题。
1.可以导入.cel文件，但是导入之后没有反应，等把软件关掉，重新打开，就能看到在gsm sever+neighber里面的第一行的cellname显示正确的小区号，下面的邻区行不显示。
2.最郁闷的是在map窗口中任何反应都没有，就是不实施.cel图层，正常的话是不是只要导入.cel文件后就会自动在map窗口显示小区图层了，请高手指教。
3.我的.cel文件格式
992 TEMS_-_Cell_names
CELL ARFCN BSIC LAC CI LAT LON MCC MNC ANT_DIRECTION ANT_BEAM_WIDTH TCH_ARFCN_1 TCH_ARFCN_2 TCH_ARFCN_3.......
都在一列。而且放在D盘根目录下。
4.在网上查询了好几天的资料，能找的方法都找了，还是不行，恳请高手仔细阅读说明，给小弟想个办法，感激不尽。
补充：我的8.0.4是8.0.3破解版的升级版，不知道是不是软件的问题？

TEMS中对应cel文件的cellname是依照这样的规则的，服务小区以CGI来对应，邻区以经纬度对应（在35KM之内选最近的BCCH和BSIC组合）

应该是导入的格式有问题 仔细检查一下就可以了
cel文件 不能放在有中文的文件夹下
最好是放在C盘下
1 格式问题
2 不能放在桌面
3路径 名字不能出现中文
正常情况下导入CELL文件就会在MAP图层显示出来
上面说得够全啦，如果按以上方法不行的话只能换软件了
应该不是软件的问题主要是看看文件格式等信息！
1..CEL文件格式一般都有，都支持。
2.8.0.3须将.CEL文件放到C盘根目录下，名字最好不包含中文字符特殊字符
3.在图层显示下（包含Rx_Qual,Rx_**,,CELL),你双击cell，选择显示就可以显示名称了
