布局云安全服务：IBM收购合作伙伴子公司Lighthouse

8月12日消息，IBM公司宣布，已经收购云安全服务提供商Lighthouse(Lighthouse Security Group, LLC)。IBM未公布收购细节。

Lighthouse Security Group(以下简称Lighthouse)总部位于美国罗德岛州(Rhode Island)的Lincoln市，是IBM合作伙伴Lighthouse Computer Services(Lighthouse Computer Services, Inc)的子公司。

Lighthouse旗下的网关平台--Lighthouse Gateway--为复杂IT环境下的身份和数据提供安全服务。

IBM在声明中称，收购Lighthouse之后，Lighthouse Gateway将与IBM安全服务产品进行整合。

在过去10年，IBM在安全服务领域进了多笔并购，从事安全研究的工程师人数增加至6000多人，在全球建立的安全研究实验室增加至25家。
