请教Altium designer 中BGA扇出问题

我看到网上相关资料在BGA上面点击右键，选择component atcions 然后选择fanout component。没用。或者在auto route--fanout也没用。BGA封装没有手工布线，规则设置如下

哈，解决了，知道怎么回事了。原来是我的孔设置大了
