Designing three legs fss

Hi!
guys I am new to the fss, I want to design a band stop fss at 2.4ghz, I chose three legs as the design but I am confuse how to obtain the exact dimensions of the structure, is there any method or some thing to get the dimension and how to obtain the equivalent circuit model.
