Global Foundry Voltus tool flow

Hi There,
I am trying to do setup EMIR tool(Voltus-fi) for the Global Foundry. I have created the emir.config file. Simulation runs without any error. But it not generating required emir report file. Please let me know if you know any document or link where I can look into it.

I did check into that folder. no relevant information for my issue.
