How to make 3D human head model from MRI/CT dataset?

I want an anatomical 3D head model to use in SEMCAD. There are few MRI/CT head dataset available in the internet, but how to convert these datasets into a 3D voxel-based head model(format .iges,sat,etc)?
Please anybody help!
