IRTS'2000 and above standards(for top layer metal)

hi all,

is there any latest standard for top layer metal for different technology nodes available now as specified by IRTS'2000 and above......

i have this "Technology parameters for top layer metal for different technology nodes as per IRTS?99".......

so if any one found the latest standard parmeters in any thesis please post it to me..
