仿真运行成功,但是烧写后有问题!

我们新开发的一个系统,在ram里面仿真的时候一切ok,但是编写了cmd文件之后烧写进flash后就无法运行了,下面是我的cmd文件,请高手看看,有可能是哪里出错!同时我在硬件调试的时候发现程序老是停留在这句汇编指令上:LOOPNZ *-SP,#0X1F73,这是什么意思,导致的原因有可能是什么?
