如题，使用TSMC018工艺，画完Layout，完成参数提取并作后仿真时遇到sca参数问题，spectre无法完成仿真并给出如下提示：

您好，这个问题当时您彻底解决了没，现在我出现这个问题，有时候吧网表中的sca手动改下就可以了，有时候又不行，不知道深谋远虑
