IC617 spectre仿真报错

前段时间,用ubuntu16.04安装了IC617 MMSIM15.1,然而开始仿真的时候,加上工艺库里的电阻ahdlcmi编译报错了,找了好久并没有找到解决方法。
ahdlcmi.out信息如下(有点长,红色字体为报错信息):
