求助:安装tsmc18的pdk时遇到错误

我是按照docs里的说明文档安装的，执行perl ./pdkinstall.pl后，选择版本，然后选择安装路径，确定后出错了
安装信息如下，高手看下是怎么回事儿（出错信息说tsmc18rf_lib.tar.Z不是一个tar文档，不可能吧，确实是可以解压缩的）

我的版本是ubuntu10.04，也有这个问题，那位帮忙解答一下

好像是pdkInstall.cfg文件中的一段Linux命令ubuntu不支持。可以手动解压所有的tar.z文件到安装目录，然后再把pdkInstall.cfg和pdkInstall.pl复制到安装目录。注意因为已经手动解压了，所以pdkInstall.pl脚本中的untar的body code要删掉（括号里的code去掉就好）。然后还要把验证folder existing的那行code去掉。再用sudo perl pdkInstall.pl就好。如果pdkInstall不能修改，你可以复制一下再改。

你把原文件只解压一次，里面的压缩文件不要解压。在安装过程中它自己来
