HSPICE里面的measure命令如何输出对应温度下的数值?
我扫描.dc temp 0 125 1
如下图所示,我probe出来几条temp vs. i(vdd)的曲线,观察不同温度下inv的dc漏电流情况
现在想measure出0 25 70 125度的i(vdd)值

我才用的命令方式是.measure dc XX find XX when XX 的形式,不知是否正确
现在输入的.measure是:
.measure dc Inv_temp0 find i(vvdd1_1) when temp=0
.measure dc Inv_temp25 find i(vvdd1_1) when temp=25
......
发现结果failed
