spectre transient nosie 仿真失败

最近在仿真一个瞬态噪声的例子，此电阻在APPNOTE上的MODEL为model res_mod resistor rsh=1k kf=10e-15，我调用的是analoglib里面的res,在model name里添加的名字为res_mod，isnoisy=yes, 其他默认，然后在ade explorer里面把上面的电阻模型保存为一个文件，并在mode library里面添加该文件，生成的网表和结果和app note不符合，请问我的下面设置方法和流程有什么错误?多谢
第一步：画电路图如下

第二步：设置仿真tran nosie simulation参数

第三步：将电阻模型作为model file 在model library 导入
电阻模型为model res_mod resistor l=100u w=1u kf=10e-15 af=1 rsh = 1k

第四步：仿真结果，下午是在APPNOT里面的图，我的仿真出来，没有看到FLICK NOISE, 即下图频域左侧的画圈的位置的噪声。请问是什么原因?谢谢

There appears tobe a numerical instability with this trivially small circuit which shouldn'thappen in real-life circuits which weren't just consisting of ideal components(ideal current sources). As I mentioned, changing the sine source to a voltagesource also solves the problem - and for the purposes of illustrating how thetransient noise works, that would be sufficient.
也就是是说，这份APPNOT里面的实例是错误的。
