kn=cox*un,需要自己算,建议自己参考BISM3V3手册,上面有介绍BISM3V3 model各参数的意义

cox只能根据tox来计算,书上的按照spice level1来讲的,计算机仿真现在主要用bsim3 或bsim4模型
