各位前辈来指点下ADC咋入门
For Reference :
SAR : good: Most popular in industry now.
good: find a job for future is easy because you has SAR ADC circuit design experience
bad : can only learn fast comparator circuit skills and capacitor mismatch calculation
does not has high performance Amplifier circuit experience
Pipelined : good : can learn much more circuit skills include:
common mode feedback , high perofmrance differential amplifier,charge
injection skills. Once you has designed a pipelined ADC done. you will find
other circuit is more easy than to design a pipelined ADC.
bad: industry does not use pipelined ADC recently.
个人感觉看老师想把ADC用在什么上了吧。比如速度不同、精度不同,ADC的种类也不同咯
补充一个:
sigma delta ADC
Good: most popular for high resolution requirement application.
Good: if you have done a good sigma delta ADC, you will get a good understanding about the signal/noise/sampling/frequency domain and time domain transfer. Easy to get a job.
Bad: for high sampling rate, it is not easy to implement.The power is not low enough for some low power application.

现在实验室分低功耗和高性能这两个方向,估计就在SAR.SIGMA DELTA,PIPELINE这三者选择
实习估计得明年了
还以为和上面那位用英文回答的是同一人呢,目前感觉老师不想让我和师兄做同样的sigma delta,估计就在pipeline和sar之间,不过感觉可能更想让我做pipeline,自己怕时间不够,听说pipeline比sar和sigma delta开发时间更长,不知道一年时间行不行。
是,我也是这么想的,前辈能说下,这三种架构耗时大概多久吗,我目前研二,刚开学,PIPELINE,sar,sigma delta
时间不太好估计。架构的话不要把自己绕晕了就行,注意细节。运放是重点。
