仿真遇到convergence difficulties

论坛里的大神们求助！我在进行数模混仿的时候出现了这样的warning，
Warning from spectre at time = 1 ns during transient analysis `tran'.Error requirements were not satisfied because of convergence difficulties.

然后仿真进行的非常缓慢，不知道是什么问题，求助啊！
