crystal oscillator simulation？

个位前輩~
我想請問一下,要如何模擬出crystal 的Reactance Vs Frequency的關係呢?
我不清楚要如何給輸入,要如何看reactance呢?
能給我範例參考嗎?因為我已經被這個問題困擾很久了~非常感謝

if u use cadence specture
connect the 2 ends of the crystal with a port--> run a sp simulation, then look at dB(Z11)

用AC仿真就可以吧，看幅频，相频特性

I think that it depend on your application, if you use CMOS with 3.0Vdd, then the driver level will as high as 3.0V.
